Our primary focus is in the treatment of insomnia and sleep, using behavioral approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the frontline treatment for insomnia. Sleep is foundational to our mental and physical health, and we are deeply passionate about helping our clients reconnect to rest and break the cycle of exhaustion and frustration.

Beyond sleep, our services include treatment for mild to moderate anxiety, stress, worry, and other adjustment-related concerns. Whether you’re struggling to fall or stay asleep or navigating a broader life transition, we bring an individualized, client-centered approach to help you move forward.
